What is your shipping policy?
We process orders within 1-3 business days, excluding holidays. Note that orders placed during promotional sales may take up to 5 business days to process. Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details. If for some reason you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation that your order has been received. As long as you received an order number as part of your checkout, then your order has gone through. Make sure to save your order number for your records.
Orders typically arrive within 2-6 business days after shipment. If you want to choose an expedited shipping service, please contact us.
If you are located outside of the U.S., we'll gladly ship to you. As long as UPS / FedEx can deliver to your address, we'll make it happen. Unfortunately, we cannot extend our Free Shipping on any purchase over $50 if the shipping address is located outside of the United States.
I just received my order, can I Return/Exchange it?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. We will be happy to exchange / offer store credit if for some reason your product arrives damaged, or in a way other than described in the Product details when purchased. Just send an email to us on our Contact page, and we'll gladly make it right.
Will my gift card/store credit ever expire?
No, fortunately the gift card / store credit that we issue will never expire. If by any chance it does, please Contact Us.
Is there anyway I can play golf / create content with you guys?
We'd be stoked to play golf and/or create content with you. We're located in Los Angeles, but take golf trips all over the world. If you'd like to have us out at your course, Contact Us or DM us on IG.
